YOUR STATE PUBLIC SERVANT PLEDGE

This must be affixed to a sheet attesting that this pledge was signed by the elected public servant and notarized by a Notary of the Public or witnessed by the County Sheriff or Judge.

In accordance with Article VI, and the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution for the United States, I legally commit my honor and my service in this pledge as an elected Public Servant to fulfill my oath of office to support the Constitution for the United States and the Constitution of the State of Your State.

I acknowledge that only those roles, responsibilities, powers, and properties (RRPP’s) delegated within the state and federal Constitution(s) do I as a public servant have the authority to act and operate in my capacity of public service. Any RRPP that is not enumerated within the aforementioned Constitutions I am forbidden to act and operate upon. I am equally legally bound to actively support, defend, and obey the aforementioned Constitutions and only laws that are in pursuance to the these two Constitutions.

Consequently, any and all laws, statutes, rules, policies, or anything that is enforceable as law, that is not derived in pursuance to the aforementioned Constitution’s will be questioned, challenged, and rejected by me during my service as well challenging and charging those public servants who are failing to support these Constitutions and or are violating the spirit and the letter of the law established by these two Constitutions.

Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment states: “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or Elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State Legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.”

Thus, any public servant such as myself, except for the President of the United States or Vice President, having taken their legal oath to office and then either directly violates the Constitution (i.e. violating the Constitution or committing rebellion against the Constitution), or does not challenge and charge those who are violating the Constitution (regardless of their public service level) because their oath requires them to “support” the Constitution or gives aid and comfort to those committing rebellion against the Constitution, is no longer eligible to hold office and must be immediately suspended for removal of office.

Therefore I swear (or affirm) to:

  1. Call upon my fellow public servants to join me in fulfilling their duty and oath in supporting and defending the Constitution by equally challenging fellow politicians and the laws, statutes, rules, policies, or anything that is enforceable as law that was not derived in pursuance to the Constitution of Your State or the Constitution for the United States.
  2. I will solicit assistance from the public to fully utilize all tools within the Constitution to hold me and my fellow public servants fully accountable to our oaths of office by using First Amendment Petitions to government for the redress of grievances.
  3. If I am accused of violating my oath then I will take immediate leave of service to seek and submit to the decision of a Common Law Grand Jury of my County or vicinage and vacate my position if I am indicted and convicted in Common Law Court.
  4. I am aware that I have until my county or district chooses a replacement for me to exonerate myself for violating my oath or I will never be able to serve as a public servant for the remainder of my life in accordance with Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.
