We celebrate Palm Sunday as the day the Lord rode into Jerusalem on a donkey to the sound of Hosannas by the multitudes who knew He was the prophesied Messiah and simmering resentment by the religious class who only cared about pomp, being at the head of the table and their bank accounts. There’s nothing new under the sun. We desire truth and justice while today’s political class seeks to control, ruin and pilfer. There’s a lot of online attention being given to the military trained men in America (300K+) waiting for a signal to conduct terror operations with the goal being to lock us down and take our weapons. Red flag laws are being written by unelected bureaucrats as we speak. Be vigilant and prepared. Read your Bible, pray for God to be glorified, stockpile food/water/medical supplies/fuel etc. Stay the course by organizing in your county around petitions to help supervisors uphold their oath to defend the constitution. Remove those who refuse at the ballot box. James 1:22 tells us to be doers of the Word rather than an idle listener. Faith is an action for others to see, support and follow. The Framers gave us the only bottom up Constitutional Republic that has ever been. We are the only ones who can take hold of the shackles being used to control us and remove them. William Penn echoed the hearts of the other framers: “Wear none of thine own chains; but keep free, whilst thou art free.” We must all work together regardless of notional differences based on political parties, race, gender, policy debates etc. “A house divided cannot stand” Matt 12:25 Get involved we need you. Our children and grandchildren are depending on us. Together we can do this! Cutting Quotes“The greatest joy of a Christian is to give joy to Christ.”― Charles H. This week we watched Seabiscuit for the 1st time-what a great movie. If you haven’t seen it, it’s a wonderfully produced, directed and acted movie with mini-plots presenting a panoply of underdogs: the small underappreciated horse, hard scrabbled down on his luck jockey, owner with deep family scars (Jeff Bridges) and down and out trainer (Chris Cooper). A big moment was when Seabiscuit and War Admiral squared off in a match race after Seabiscuit’s jockey Red (Tobey Maguire) busted up his leg in a horrendous fall. War Admiral was heavily favored.
